Repairs and Maintenance

We can carry out repairs, maintenance, servicing and safety checks on many mobility products such as:

We will come to your home, care home, business, hospital or meet you at a location of your choice to carry out any work. We offer discounts to businesses with multiple products.

Prices

General Maintenance Service​ (£95) - Check over all aspects of the product, lubricate, inflate tyres, test batteries and clean where required, including a report of condition and any recommendations, we will provide a fixed price quote to fix any recommendations.

Repair (£75 including 30 mins labour, £25 per 30 mins or part thereafter) - We will come and fault find any problem with your mobility products, repairing them immediately if possible, we will give you any advice you need and give a fixed price quote for any further work if parts are required.

Puncture Repair (£75 including a free inner tube) - We can repair tubeless tyres as well as those with inner tubes, we usually replace inner tubes rather than trying to repair so we will need the size of your tyre, this is written on the side of the tyre and will look similar to 4.00-5, if you need any help identifying this feel free to get in touch. We can also protect your tyre against further punctures by putting in slime that will fill most small holes caused by pins and thorns, often negating the need for a repair, we can do this at a cost of £10 per type as the same time as your puncture repair.
