We can come to you to carry out any work, if required we will take your product away and fix it, then bring it back, with no extra charge for collection or delivery.

We cover the South Hampshire region, we may be able to go further for an extra charge, please get in contact for more info.

Some work can be carried out for a fixed fee, such as replacing tyres or similar, if this is the case we should be able to quote you over the phone.

Servicing

We offer a general maintenance service which includes checking over the device, cleaning parts that are not normally accessible to ensure smooth operation, lubricating and greasing applicable parts to prevent wear and prolong the life of the product, cleaning and checking electrical contacts, load testing batteries to give an indication of remaining battery lifetime, checking motor brushes and tyre pressures where applicable. We will often carry out very minor repairs free of charge as long as they don't require parts and we will quote for any parts that do. For care homes or other places with multiple items we can do a discounted quote, please contact us to arrange.
